Brief updates on NeutraOat:

1. I’ve met with a bunch of regulatory consultants to confirm that we can self-recognize as GRAS with our modified oat fiber.

2. I’ve identified a factory to produce and test the product: first at lab scale, then at production scale. I’m flying to visit them in about a week. If the visit goes well, we’ll start manufacturing next month.

3. I’ve started working with a designer/branding person who I like a lot. Hopefully things will start looking a little better around here and on the website. I’d also like to find a skilled digital marketer who’s passionate about these issues. If that sounds like you or someone you know, reach out!
