Dr. Thava Vasanthan is an internationally recognized expert in beta-glucan production and a Professor of Food Science at the University of Alberta. With five patents in carbohydrate chemistry, he brings decades of experience in food innovation and ingredient manufacturing. Dr. Vasanthan oversees NeutraOat’s production process, ensuring scientific rigor and quality control.
Liz Martindale is a seasoned creative with over a decade of experience in branding, marketing, and digital design. Formerly Lead Designer at goop, she specializes in building elevated visual identities and marketing systems for wellness, lifestyle, and retail brands. She leads the NeutraOat creative vision and design execution across all touchpoints.
